Shellie anderson
Shellie Anderson is a Principal Consultant with the firm who began her career as a human resources consultant in 1998. Her background includes compensation and classification studies, organizational and workforce planning analyses, recruitment and selection, and training. Ms. Anderson has worked with a variety of public and private organizations of varying sizes.
Ms. Anderson earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. In addition, Ms. Anderson is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is an International Public Management Association Certified Professional. Ms. Anderson was also a board member for the Sacramento - Mother Lode Chapter of the International Public Management Association - Human Resources for several years.

stacy james
Stacy James is a Principal Consultant with the firm who began her career in 2007. Her background includes classification and compensation, recruitment and selection, development of work policies and procedures, and performance appraisal design. Ms. James previously oversaw the personnel practices in nine California Counties for social services and child support services departments which included serving as a business partner, conducting recruitments, determining and developing a variety of assessment processes, conducting job analyses, conducting classification studies, and providing training on rules and regulations governing the departments' merit system.
Ms. James earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento.
